Having forgotten (or it may have been corrupted) my password I requested a new one. Even cutting and pasting the new password did not allow me access and the "if you still have problems contact admin by replying to this email" wont work as it is a non reply id. I am using an address which I probably can't read emails from although I can write from it (don't ask) My previous username was sackville. Can admin explain what is happening please?
