Cat
No news as yet as to who will be using Brive, but the build is considerably behind schedule. The low cost operators were expected to start flying to the UK in 2009 or 2010 http://www.completefrance.com/cs/forums/933929/ShowPost.aspx but that was way back when it was still expected that the airport would open at the end of 2007. Cat
From searching around a bit, it seems that the build is 2 years behind schedule, and that the expectation is for it to open at the end of 2008, for internal flights to Paris.I found this http://www.usinenouvelle.com/article/le-futur-aeroport-de-brive-souillac-decollera-en-2008.107115 They seem to be saying that, in 5 years time, there will be flights to London, Southampton, Bristol and Dublin (so could be Ryanair then).
