Gold Star to the BF staff.

Caen was closed yesterday, so BF had to use Le Havre and our return was earlier than expeted. But boy oh boy did they work hard to make the change as smooth as possible. Emails and phone calls to every contact that they had on file for the booking. Then they had lots of staff at Le Havre and the shoe box checking in system worked well. Although it took an age to load as they had to do the vehicle sort on the hoof, they did so cheerily. Hats off to them.
