Benjamin Posted June 28, 2011 Share Posted June 28, 2011 The thrust of an article in last weekend's ST was that the OFT wanted companies to reflect the actual charges incurred rather than just using this fairly late (in the booking) procedure to add cost to the transaction.Very similar to Banks charging what they liked for sending out a letter, but they managed to wriggle free.
