Bird problem, perhaps

My bird table and feeders are close-ish to the house and give me much visual pleasure, but recently, a young kestrel has decided it is his or her happy hunting ground and seems to be taking tits or other small birds at its pleasure.

Today it actually landed on the ground and was hunting birds which had taken refuge under the garden shed.

It is delightful to see the bird but I do feel that taking small brids from round their feeding table will discourage them and chase them off.

So, what can/should I do to discourage it which does not chase off the other feathered kinds? Ideas welcome, svp.
