Clarkkent Posted August 6, 2009 Author Share Posted August 6, 2009 I was in Leclerc this morning.The man in front of me had a plastic bottle of something which sprang a leak. Liquid sprayed out of the bottle. The checkout girl passed the bottle over the barcode reader then wrapped it in a plastic bag, handed it to the customer who then paid for it.Fantastic customer service! In Tesco or Sainsburys they would have sent for a replacement, not let a customer leave with damaged goods. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
