I'm am contemplating operating a B&B in France. Is the a reputable source for business data and statistics reacting to that type of business? I am looking for (regional) trends and market data, etc.

France is huge!

This is the national statistics site

so see what you can find, but I've never seen a particular set of statistics that would give you the level of detail you want on a national scale.

I think you may have to narrow down your search to a particular region and then contact the local chamber of commerce.
