idun
It well illustrates how easy it is to get up to mischief with such sites. I suppose one dissatisfied customer could one way or another put in so many bad reports about somewhere that people lose many of their prospective customers and eventually business.I have to say that I was put off an hotel in Rome that I had booked because of the things people had reported about it, reviews I had only found after I had booked. I cancelled and we ended up in a corker of a place and far better placed. How poor the original hotel was, I don't know. I would love the reviews to always be honest. Rabbie
Very true. But not everyone agrees on what make a good restaurant. I once overheard a conversation when some one was describing a newly open place. Oh, it's very good. The food is poor but they give you large portions!
