Wendy
ErnieY, we provide a WIFI hotspot and allow access to a computor in our office to guests. But I would not buy a computor and place it in a gite for all and sundry to toy with. Yes, some people cannot live without the darn things these days and that is a shame. We place a computor in our office and supervise our guests when they use it, assuming it is for essential purposes only such as booking the next accommodation they are going to or simply collecting email. But allowing guests to download?...never. Some have their own laptops with them...fine. But I would not include a computor as an accessory in a room/gite as I would a TV/DVD player. Too expensive and too risky. I have seen what people can do.
