Nord36
Hi there, Has anyone out there any experience of obtaining the "insaisissabilité" for their house from a notaire and if so what does it entail? Being newly registered I think it would be a good move to set this in motion. Many thanks Carol [:)]
lmc
Hi CarolYou're right - it's a good idea to do this. I know people who have lost their homes because they didn't take the trouble. It's a pretty simple process. You go and sign a document with your notaire and expect to pay about 150 euros.Lisa
solace
I was reading about this the other day, it's best to do as soon as you can bearing in mind how difficut it is to run a buisiness here. It takes over a month for it all to be set up and if you move house it's carried over to the new one, more info in the link -http://www.lost-in-france.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=34&Itemid=
