 A very rare opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding French property agency that is developing both local and national estate agency businesses. You will be working closely with the management team to assist in the support and development of their regional estate agency business. 

Your role and responsibilities: These will be wide ranging but will include:

 • Processing of sales leads and client enquiries

• Assisting in the recruitment and ongoing support of our national network of estate agents

• Working directly with potential buyers to achieve sales • Assisting vendors who wish to market their properties via our websites

• Full secretarial support and PA role to the Director of the agency • General administrative duties within the day to day running of the businesses

About you: You will need to be totally fluent in English and French to a good written standard. Any additional language skills will be seen as a benefit to your application. You will be totally competent in the use of PC’s and email within an office environment. You will have good experience of using the full suite of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) As your responsibilities will range across a broad spectrum of our businesses, you will be an adaptable team player who can think on your feet. You will also thrive in a challenging and sometimes stressful environment and you will be able to follow clear directions according to the needs of our business.

Experience in French real estate could be seen as an advantage but providing you have a good level of commercial experience in a business or sales related environment, we are happy to train the right candidate as we have a very clear mission in terms of our own way of running our businesses and will therefore offer the position to the individual who demonstrates the core qualities that we seek.

You will live and be based within a workable commutable distance to our offices in Neuvic sur L’Isle and you will have use of a reliable vehicle for travel to and from your place of work.
