blandford Posted November 20, 2001 Share Posted November 20, 2001 Hi .. we are moving over to France early next year to renovate our property (can't wait!).My husband is a carpenter/builder and we will be doing most of the work ourselves. The first job is the roof and I keep having horrid thoughts about accidents - if the old man falls off the roof we really will be up sh*t creek without a paddle .. so .. I've been thinking about getting Personal Accident Insurance.Has anybody taken out this type of policy in France and if so who with, also any rough costs would be great. Is it possible (better/cheaper?) to take out a policy in the UK and would it be valid in France?Many thanks and I hope someone can help - my head is swimming with all the information!
