Short/ Long term rental needed from 10th July in Charente/ Charente Maritime region

Hi,

Can anybody help??!!  We have just been let down and do not now have the place we were doing to rent for a year in Jarnac.  We are living in Spain but have to be out of the house by 10th July.  We are looking for somewhere to rent for a few months, up to a year from that date.  We are 2 adults and 2 children and a well behaved cat, so would be happy with a 2/3 bed place. One of our problems is that we have sold a 4 bed place and so would need ideally to be able to put our furniture in the house or to be able to store it in a barn or something.  Otherwise we could maybe use a storage company to store our stuff.

Tall order I know but can anyone help as we need to confirm removals and now have nowhere to go.  We are looking anywhere really in the Charente / Charente Maritime area,
