The mairie or prefecture should be able to provide a list of traducteurs assermentés.

Failing that, look at PagesJaunes.fr. Beware of those who are not assermentés, as their work may not be recognised as valid for most French authorities.

A traducteur assermenté is appointed by the Cour d' Appel and he or she is an official translator (exams) before being appointed.

Valuable info, I'm sure... but not much use if it's unavailable.
