Must have ADSL (current house is lovely, but doesn't have ADSL). We're tidy non-smokers with 1 well-behaved cat (good mouse and mole hunter). Houses for sale are fine - we would just need 30 days notice to find a new home (the purchase paperwork takes longer than that anyway). Rent approx 425 euros pcm. Stable income, references available.
