Channels 4 and 5

HELP, I've lost Channels 4 and 5! All of a sudden the machine tells me

that there is something wrong with my Sky viewung card. I'm on FTV and

have never had a problem before. Is there anything I can do? I've

already done all the normal things like take the plug out.

I get this sometimes on any sky channel and all I do is pull out the card slightly and push it back, and all is then ok. Why it should do this, who knows?
