I understand this could be fraught with issues but does such a thing exist - I've just had tenants do a flit and now wonder if they may have done the same to others? Lehaut Posted May 6, 2015 Share Posted May 6, 2015 I know when we first had problems with our second tenant, the Huissier we used consulted a list of problem tenants he had access to, not sure how the general public gets their hands on it.The lawyer we used also indicated that blame does lay at the door of the agent we used to find the tenant as they are supposed to check their references.
