CeeJay Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 I would really appreciate some help in trying to get facetime working on my new Xmas present!Gift from daughter in Uk who wants us to chat to grandson, however I cannot get the small video icon to light up next to their name in contacts, therefore not possible to facetime, I only see the mail and text icons lit up!! CeeJay Posted January 1, 2018 Author Share Posted January 1, 2018 Uh......yes.Actually I think I have cracked it, the telephone number of the contact was not entered as +44 but 0044, also I think we are experiencing very slow internet speeds today, I have managed to get it going once but failed on other occasions.
