Which book?

Once we move permanently (hopefully next year) we want to start our own business. There are lots of books about living and working in France. Before I start wading my way through these can anyone recommend one in particular?  Something that only covers only this subject would be preferable.

To be frank you would be better off saving your money than buying books about working in a foreign country. You can find much more upto date info on the internet and on forums such as this as against some book,written by an english person probably two or three years ago and which is grossly out of date. We bought the books before we came here and ended up finding our own way which was nothing at all like the books made out. depending on what sort of business you aim to start,the local CCI or Chambre de Metiers/Agriculture are a much better and true source of info than someone making money by put facts in a book they have probably gleaned from a third source anyway.
