Gunner Posted June 17, 2005 Share Posted June 17, 2005 Does anyone know if you can buy linseed oil or paint with linseed oil in it? We have an old window that we have stripped down and have been told we should repaint with linseed oil. If not any other suggestions? In some places it has completely dried out and cracked, and other places where the glass has broken the wood still seems a bit damp. Help. I don't want to get a new window. moos Posted June 21, 2005 Share Posted June 21, 2005 Teak oil is another useful oil. Like tung oil it includes hardeners.
