Looks like a wonderful project. Absolutely love the magnificent fireplace and of course the situation looks beautiful. . Would love to see updates as you go along, best of luck to you. Managed to find a great local architect (No English) and it has taken 18 months from our original scheme to get the Permissions and Local Builders in place.
