Lautrec Posted May 29, 2007 Share Posted May 29, 2007 If outline planning for a new building in the existing garden has been consented to and the house is sold, do the new owners automatically 'inherit' this consent?, or do they have to re-apply all over again? But it has a limited life, not sure if it is one year or two, can only be renewed once, and has to be renewed at least two months before expiry. Otherwise it lapses and you have to apply again.
