oldgit72 Posted July 4, 2008 Share Posted July 4, 2008 Does anybody know of an easy method of getting roof tiles from ground level to roof level. I have tried a pulley with rope and container which can take about 10 tiles at one go but wondered if anyone has any better and quicker ideas that have worked. Proxima Posted July 7, 2008 Share Posted July 7, 2008 Save your cash and buy a hod.and just remember to never go up the ladder empty handed. after the first thousand tiles, the next thousand will be a breeze.Not only will you save some cash on expensive tools you may never use again, but you'll also keep fit and you'll have far more pride in your work when you can stand back and look at it and remember how many tiles you carried up there.
