Cost of small house extension

What kind of costs apply to a finished (doors, plastered, tiled, electrics plumbing etc but no fittings or decoration) single story extension to an existing house (around 8m2) ?

The problem with a very small extension is that is has a disproportionate amount of wall etc compared with the nominal floor area. I wouldn't be at all surprised if you got devis coming in at around Euros 1500 per square metre

Is there an existing doorway, what kind of roof and materials, plans available and approved, how close are the exisitng services, how good or bad is the ground, what electric - four sockets or a new level in the T de E because the existing one is full and room will be a utility room, 8 square metres probably not worth getting ready mix in if doing it yourself but probably worth it if employing a builder. I think € 1,500 a square metre might be optimistic.
