Does anyone know if a VMC is necessary when rewiring a house requiring a CONSUEL inspection? Or is it just recommended?

Does anyone know if you have to have a conformity inspection if you have your meter changed to a newer one? Or do the EDF just change it straight over no problem?

She's a beautiful oven thats for sure. Shame about the puny supplies over here, although I'm not sure anywhere near maximum load would ever be used. Thanks for your replies gents.

So does this mean you cannot have an oven this size in France?

I know the normes say you should have a 32A disjonteur and a 6mm feed to the kitchen for a plaque de cuisson, but we have a UK oven rated at 13 kW so would the Consuel be happy to see a 45A breaker with a 10mm feed? Thanks for any advice.
