I bought a garden bench a couple of months ago and even though I havetreated it twice it is now splitting in 3 places.   Does anyone know  my rights in getting my money back?    

We have a UK property and because of massive repairs it made a loss in 2008.  Do we declare this loss on Form 2047 section VII? Do the French tax office understand a minus figure equates to a loss or do we need to do something else?   Thanks  

I bought a garden bench 2 months ago from a French Brico shop. Have oiled twice. Noticed that wood is beginning to split in 3 different places. I think that the bench is not fit for purpose. I have heard that French shops are unhappy to refund money. What is correct procedure to complain.   Thanks salzuflen   

Reciving contradictory advice-help. Which form do you declare Uk property rental income/losses? Form 2047 as we are led to believe but French bank indicated Form 2044. Any help greatly appreciated.   Salzuflen
