do the dutch pay more for a house than the french or germans -
In the uk freehold means you own the land and leasehold is a 999 year lease but in france the house is owned by a family so they have a freehold because family generations live in the same house but in the uk you have to sell the house when you die, to pay capital gains tax

theres some nice appartments in st tropez for about 450k but I would go for 1 with a big house with a swimmingpool, you can pick one up for about 2 million now the market is on the bottom, then you can sell for 8 million when the market peaks in 2018

I wonder if I get the fosse emptied and get a certificate to proof this, I wonder if that would make my system pass the latest standards or is it the case that just a concrete tank is not allowed these days -

thanks for reply, I did not get an envelope with this bill so I will write it on a normal envelope, is Lille the main payment centre for the tresor public in france -
I have to send a bill to the tresor public but do I send it to the " tresorerie de bressuire" which is at the top of the letter or do I send it to "TRESOR PUBLIC 59885 LILLE cedex 9" which is written on the tip payment slip that you cut of of the bottom of the letter

controle du dispositif d'assainnissement
woody234 replied to woody234's topic in Finding/Owning French Property
thankyou for your reply sundaydriver, there is a drawing in the report with a blue line saying " ecoulement eaux menageres" and a long red line saying "ecoulement d'eau" which could mean where the new system goes, does anyone know how much a new system costs to install in the parthenay deux sevres area -
I have recieved the fosse septic report from SVL and it looks like I need to install a new system because my one is very old and the evaluation was 6 points (thats bad) , I expect a new system will be at least 4000 euros to install, which I do not have, what happens when a person cannot afford to buy a new system, do the SVL take you to court and fine you or does the commune pay for a new fosse septics if the family cannot afford it

Berlusconi has been the president of italy a few times, at least 3 times but in the uk you can do it only once, and merkel does not like waiting for him while his on his cellphone sorting out the rubbish collection for the city of naples which was run by the mafia party

months ago the media was saying the uk will suffer the recession longer and harder than any other country on the planet now they are saying the uk will be first out of the recession, is it somthing to do with quantitative easing and low interest rates. if so why did they not do this formula in the early 90s recession and why is merkel not happy about this
