  1. hi Ian have just emailed you but think it got lost in cyberspace. We need to set up a website too for our B&B.Any help appreciated. Cheap & cheerful would be good as the pennies are running out now. Thankyou[8-)]
  2. Is it just me or are the days really really long when you're on a diet Liz
  3. Exactly the same thing happened to us back in march. The amount asked for by the agent from us was 12 hundred euros, one week before we were due to move in. We refused point black to pay and then got a phone call saying the agent and seller had sorted it. The seller reduced his price by 600 euros and the agent reduced same amount. I'm not telling you to do the same as us but just letting you know that it does happen. good luck
  4. come on sweet 17, if i can try then you can. I kept putting it off and now its gonna be really hard but i'm game for it.Wish i'd started last year (or even the year before) but hey girl its never too late. get on them scales now and start along with the rest of us. GOOD LUCK PS how much jam could i make with 20 bags of sugar?

  6. Thanks linda I thought there was no-one else out there. I am 50-ish now and have always been a size 10-12 but we lost our grandson 6 years ago and i didn't eat forever it seems. Then I discovered chocolate and the weight has just piled on. Well now its time to get it off so here goes. Sorry to be morbid on the thread cheers liz
  7. Hi anybody out there or have you all gone to ground. Ive done the weigh-in this morning and am ashamed to say i need to lose 20 kgs. But i'm determined to start today.
  8. Hi everybody, found this thread at the weekend and read it, I'd like to join you all, you all seem smashing people. I've got the scales and bought the apple cider vinegar  finished the chocolate last night got weighed this morning and after having a bit of a weep due to the weight gain i am now determined to lose it. So its the big weigh in tomorrow and we'll be on our way. Linda you've done really well but where are the before and after photos as promised. Good luck everybody for this week.

  11. Thanks very much all who replied with info. As we are basically ripping the old system out as we think its been wired wrongly (unsafe) think we'll go for single phase. Thanks again , mark
  12. Hi all, new to this site so please be gentle. We are renovating our house to do a B&B and are going from three bedrooms to five. We are at the moment on three phase electricity which blows all the time . The three phase is rated at 20amp per phase and I was wondering wether to change to single phase at 45 amp. Any help out there?
