  2. Iv'e just got back this week went to Dinard with ryanair for £4 all in both ways me and the wife,For the d-day weekend.
  3. I got a return flight for me and the wife from east midlands to dinard on 5th june return 9th june for £4 all in.no taxes no card charges.Just need to find a cheap car hire firm now or my brother will have to pick us up.
  4. They pack em in tight in the condor we went weymouth to st.malo and the car had a scratch all the way down one side when we got out the other side.Very small  gaps between cars.
  5. They were always blocks of 10 but if you bought 20 you got free upgrades to first class seats. And they were £500 for 10 £1000 for 20 must have gone up.
  6. The Bulk tickets are great if you use them during the summer months,During the rest of the year you can usually buy a return crossing for the same price if not cheaper.I bought the £1000 bulk tickets 20 crossings iether way great for getting family and relatives over.but i finished up not using 4 of the crossings. If they lasted 2 years they would be brilliant.
  7. Used condor Weymouth  to St'malo once which stopped at Guernsey i wouldn't want to go to Guernsey again no decent cheap eating places. The cars were packed so tight in the ferry mine had a big scratch down the side. Also Condors prices are a rip off i use LD lines now.
  8. All sorted got a nice b&b in the centre of arromanche.
  9. Anyone know any good cheap b&b's myself and the wife are looking to stop 1 maybe 2 nights bed and breakfast in omaha area english breakfast if possible.around 5th 6th june.
  10. Iv'e been on the catamaran to St'malo from Weymouth and the Poole to Cherbourg,For me the Poole to Cherbourg is the best its only a couple of hours and your there. The Weymouth to St'malo one stopped at guernsey for 2 hours that was a real drag of a place no where to get a cheap breakfast for us and the kids.St'Malo is a lovely place.Last year we went Portsmouth to Lehavre and bought bulk tickets on Ld lines takes a lot longer but its cheap. Both Condor and Brittany Ferries are a total rip off.
  11. Hi all new to this forum my family have 3 houses in northern France below Vire, so we bought some bulk tickets off Ld lines last year  these can be used for friends and family etc at anytime as long as there is room on the boat. Now were gonna have a couple of return or single crossings left if anyone is interested. The crossings are  a standard car and two adults  price is £100 return £50 one way these are in club class but subject to space again i doubt the boat will be full this time of year We have until the end of december to use them up i know its cheap at this time of year but these are club class which is much better than the normal with the cotton club etc..  Oh its  Portsmouth to Lehavre  or back only.i'm not making any profit on these thats the price we paid.If anyone is interested email me for details.
