My daughter has suggested that she and grandchild should be tested before they decide whether to come her for Xmas and that there are prickfinger blood tests available now at pharmacies. Of course Amazon should pay appropriate taxes but using taxation to stunt their growth and to protect the so called commerces de proximité seems unrealistic. For those living in France the new EHIC is for visiting other member states of the EU, but not usable in France. Those who are covered by the S1 have to make changes now. I was just wonder8ng if anyone had trodden the path yet.

It seems that 15 % of folk in France are anti any form of vaccination and 50% are anti the Covid jab, largely on the grounds that it had not been ‘proven’ yet. What percentage of the population needs to be done to get rid of covid? Should refusal be sanctioned in some way?
