There going to be my new 1st floor in our Barn conv , I will look at the place NRC me , just though with all the renovations Going on it would be easy The old beams coming out will Do a big fire as they are a bit wormy!

also the treated timber decking will contaminate the pool water causing you to use more chemicals

you cant really fit a pump on the main ,maybe the showerhead is restrictive or there is debis in the shower valve even if it is new

i was told that uk cards need to be unlocked to get the pin to work in france ?we have britline accounts now but we did have a uk card declined once in a french supermarche and there was plenty of credit on it

cut the stud to 40 degrees or whatever the roof is before you screw thru or use the crimper ,also stick the head plate up with some gripfil or eq if there are no fixings there in the ceiling

collywobble i think our barn was 59000 without fees and they were 6000euro so a total of 65000 euros ,the total was 69000 euro with the notaires fees ,so 11000 euros is a rip off ,maybe my deal was a rip off too who knows ?

hi how much was the property in total? some uk agent have an after sales sevice that gets you water,electric ,and other sevices connected and help you with other things up to 6 months after the sale ,but this is only about 2000euro

the only good this is the compresser unit blows out cool air in the summer so if you are too hot you can cool down

Hi im a uk htg guy ,you could wash out the rads yourself and wire brush them and paint them too and save some cash,if you have them sand blasted by a company they must be painted the same day or they rust ,i had 2 small cast rads done and it cost me £130 ,i have just done another 2 myself in about 2hrs and just used car paint (met grey)

Actis Tri iso the multi layer insulation comes from france so i would say it would work out a bit cheaper

Wow that tenon cutter looks cool ! i just bought 3rolls of 800mm stockfence to do ours(300m) and was going to get the posts in france but Chris your fence is going to look kool ps this is my first post ,we have just bought a barn(12x5) in the dordogne on 2 acres
