  1. All seems fine now. Mac and PC both back to normal. i, too, am running over a Livebox. Usually so reliable as well....
  2. Yes, we seem to be a bit slow this evening. Safari times out on it's way to Google, BBC and some other sites. This site, however is fine. I'm running a 1 Meg FT (Orange) ADSL. Wonder if it is a Orange problem?
  3. Totally agree that the fog light should be on the correct side, but this doesn't seem to be regulation here.  I checked this when I had my Mini CT'd and the guy said that a RHD fog lamp is perfectly OK.  I think in the UK a LHD fog light would fail the MOT.
  4. Hi, I regularly drive to CDG from here in 79 and have no problems parking.  Big airport but well signed parking.  The ADP website gives useful details on which car park to use for which terminal. Being tight I always park in the cheap long term car parks (parking reduit) I normally go from T2 and therefore need to follow signs to Px parking which coasts around 11Euro per day. Simple curcular bus transfer to terminal building.
  5. Go for Telepeage - for just over 2Euro a month (only payable on the months you actully use it) you can avoid all the queues at the other toll booths. We've got 2, we lend one out to family coming down to visit us.
  6. The major difference between Ikea UK and France kitchens is the price.  They are around twice as much here in France.  All other Ikea stuff seems to be cheaper in France, but not kitchens.  Maybe it is because the French are not really fitted kitchen lovers. We bought our kitchen in Ikea Bordeaux - still seemed preferable to shipping the whole lot over from Croydon or Wembley. French plumbing fittings can be picked up in any Ikea France store, although some of them are a bit cheap and cheerful. As for the quality, it is probably the best flat pack kitchen I have ever put together - and I've done a few.  One downside is the hangers for the units, they don't have quite the adjustment of the more expensive brands. If you can, go for their solid wood worktops, they are great, half the price and much better finish than the ones in the DIY sheds around here. Hope this helps.
