  5. So are you saying this isn't an extra tax but is in fact just part of habitation tax that we pay for normally?

  12. we just wanted to drain it in case dont get back there until after the winter. ie to stop any burst pipes , have turned hot taps on but ended up blowing down washing machine pipe to break air lock and wondered if  there was an easier way for next time .
