Firstly apologies if this information is already on the forum. Can anyone give me a definitive list of what is required to re-register our car. We foolishly believed someone who told us just to take our insurance and controle technique along to the prefecture ! We have a form to send off to Renault for the certificate of conformity, but what is required from L'hotel des Impots ? I also understand that we need to provide some sort of utility bill, here we have a problem as we are currently renting and the bills are not in our name. The woman at the prefecture seemed to suggest a mobile phone bill would suffice, does anyone know if this is the case? I also think she said we could have a letter from our landlord. Is there anything else? Thanks
