Hi! The reason is that no changes have taken place yet. The minister said he hoped to have the changes in place by January 2006. The changes he is proposing are that cotisations will no longer be paid at all by the employer, but the tax break willl reduce from 50% to 25%. As with everything in France, it's anyone's guess if these measures will, in fact, be carried out !   Su
