1. Wotcha Coops, you all mended and fixed up now? Boy you went through it eh? Your experience put into context the lives of many of us.  Did you win or was Mr Coops driving?? X Hi Pat! I'm not sure you're looking for 'expert' advice, p'raps you're looking for something a little deeper then the mass producers can offer? I was too and came up with a style of worktop that I adore and the mass producers don't do...I'll post a piccy toward the end of the week IF I manage to get home and stop partying with TWO self confessed party animals (one a forum member) who reckoned they'd kick my butt! Two good looking woman against a pro? Yeah I won! Hey Wooly, I hope you weren't alluding to Dicks looks and his participation in Fessebook? You're still wreaking subliminal havoc eh?!

4. I can't believe I'm reading about big pills and unnatural irrigation, I thought my sanity had returned. I guess some patients need a bit more of an effort to get the job done? Just out of curiosity, this irrigation thing...once the hose is up there and the tap's on, how does the water get out?
5. Anyone used them? http://www.wealdentool.com/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Linen_Fold_163.html

Good to hear from you Bro. Thanks Steve, you still scrounging wood and doing what you're doing?? Got any new piccys of your work?? You're GOOD Steve and have real potential. Yo Chancer...who are you in old money? Thanks for asking. At the moment I'm good but I'm an alcoholic and bi-polar1, life changes every week, as does my work and Ok perhaps I aint the full ticket but my psychiatric state gives me the edge to deliver stuff nobody else can...and you know wot??? Like money interests me? Hi Renaud! You were always there and calm and stuff, thanks. Leo, now surely you've got to be an old fart! Please correct me!
12. Someone let me near a 'pooter! Thanks for messages & for the private ones too, good to see the usual dodgy old farts around & hello to the ones I don't know! Learned a truck load of stuff, some of it even connected to wood, I look forward to sharing & learning with you all again and I'll even try not to give the mods too much grief!
13. How are you doing Coops? Hope you're all mended up now? Doing OK thanks...I've got a whole sheep in the freezer going free to a good home in the Cruese if anyone's planning a spit roast?
14. Hi Twinks...is the world still turning?
15. Tree suregons don't use platforms, we're generally well trained and well experienced climbers. edit...and it's an art, a good climber can get half the job done by the time the crane crew have argued where the best place is to position the cherry picker...which in my humble opinion are far more dangerous than a good climber...rant over.
16. OK thanks Pads, the Pyrenees are always great! Good advice Sweet, the thread has been a good reality check. I wonder about those people too.
17. Just re-read all 25 pages, that was a powerful thread...I've fallen again but am sorta cool with it having read all those wonderful messages.
18. Bet that beastie of yours took some knocking on the head Steve?
19. Solution to weekend violence on the streets of UK, replace the Police with the Paras and their pick axe handles and job done! Game old boy eh?
20. How bizarre to see that piccy Mooky! The house I grew up in was just a few hundred metres from those cliffs and I spent loads of time fishing on the beach just where the photo was taken! In the summer we used to go out in boats and haul in the mackerel and make a killing from the tourists. Those were the days when kids were free to roam and explore without the problems of today...thanks for the memory trip!
21. Mmmm, JJ's knees...the stuff of nightmares!
22. Erm, you got any spare pills JJ? Wot you on about?
23. You're enjoying yourself JJ, that's all that matters. I'd love to do those drawers out of a trunk but the kerf of the chain would leave the drawer way too small, and the accuracy required...well!
24. Not yet JJ, by the way I'm pretty envious that you can do what you want when you want and not have to worry about the bills at the same time. Keep on trucking.
