    I have just closed my hotel/restaurant after 16 years of successful trading. I am selling half the property to the Marie and converting the other half (18 rooms) into a private dwelling. The cat 4 licence is outside of the sale but the Mayor wants to buy it. Does anyone know the market price for such a licence. We are located in the Aveyron (12). Thanks
