@Mint, Apparently there was some confusion at the Préfecture in Périgueux.  They are still doing non-EU citizens TdeS at the Préfecture and a separate one for Brits at the Cité Administrative. Some appointments for Brits were for the Préfecture.  I saw someone reporting that they had gone to the Préfecture who redirected them.   The staff at the Préfecture apparently telephoned ahead and he arrived in time but only just!

It was covered under the second motif. ".............,des achats de première nécessité dans les activités demeurent autorisées......." It included food shops and supermarkets in the list of authorised establishments Edit: Typing at the same time as above.[:D]

@the OP As I said at the outset, and subsequently supported by others, you are required to submit your plans through an architect.  From your posts it would appear that you may already have some plans drawn up.  If that is the case, then you could always approach a French registered architect to see if they would sign them off for you and submit the planning application, obviously at a cost. You seemed to be suggesting also that a fosse septique would be down the line in the renovation process.  I may have misunderstood that, but you should be aware, and your notaire may/should have told you that a new purchaser has a year to instal or bring up to standard a fosse septique. In our area (Dordogne) the authority for overseeing fosse installation and conformity is SPANC (Service Public d’Assainissement Non Collectif). We have a new neighbour (English) who bought the property as a second home a year ago.  They recently submitted a planning application which was bounced back asking for a certificate for the fosse.  They still haven't got a complying fosse and their application is stalled till they conform. I add this as a consideration for you.

Yes.  The screen for acceptance of the CGUs only comes up on the first time of accessing the site since the updated CGUs are on line.  After that it is as you say to access them later. I think most people don't realise about clicking on "CGU" and just tick acceptance.

When you go into the Ameli website if you ckick on "CGU" it will open the Conditions. You can then read them. When you close that screen it will return you to the screen where you tick to accept the conditions. If you have already ticked that you probably won't see it in that way again.

We are with Swiss Life.  A useful point to remember is that when you have signed up with whatever Mutuelle you decide, if they haven't already suggested it, ask them to inform your local CPAM that you are with them. Swiss Life do it, and I expect other Mutuelles too.  It means that your CPAM automatically informs your Mutuelle that they have made a disbursement and your Mutuelle makes the payment without you having to make a claim. Your Mutuelle has to inform your CPAM.  You cannot do it yourself. Again this is for CPAM Dordogne.  Presumably the arrangement applies nationally.

An update on the Easytrip saga,  I returned the badge in March using LRAR.  Last month they took €25 from my CA account for "non-restitution". I emailed them a copy of the Acusé de Réception and, pleased to say, got a refund of €25 into my account. Just a pity they took a "blanket" approach to the matter.

If you go for the tiles remember they are very heavy bearing in mind that you are talking about a conservatory, which might not support the weight.
