I'll kick off by nominating L'Hermitage"-----a bit off the beaten track but a delight to eat on the terrace overlooking the church. Any tips for that extra-special meal in the city ? We come in quite regularly from the wilds of Pont-Saint-Esprit [:D] and we love the city; but how can anyone find the best restaurant when there are just TOO many [8-)]
