We are thinking of renting our little French home for holiday lets (house is just outside Colmars les Alpes in the Haut Verdon Valley) but need a Brit living locally who can manage a limited number of changeovers. We use it for several weeks of the year and our family also, so no changeovers needed at such time. It isn't a 'holiday' home, but our home in France, so we care deeply about looking after it.
